Kiely Rodni, 16, "was at a party of more than 100 juveniles and young adults" at the Prosser Family Campground off State Route 89 in Truckee, authorities said in a Facebook post. She was last seen at about 12:30 a.m.

The Placer County Sheriff's Office confirmed to KCBS Radio's Jennifer Hodges on Monday morning that they're considering Rodni's disappearance an abduction.

"We just want her home," Lindsey Rodni-Nieman, the girl's mother, said in a video posted by the sheriff's department on Sunday night. "We're so scared. We miss her so much and we love her so much."

Her mother issued a plea to anyone who might have information.

"If anybody else out there, you know where she is, if you know anything about where she might be, if you have any ideas...please come forward," she said. "We're not looking to bust anybody else or get anybody in trouble. We're just want to see our daughter home."

Rodni's vehicle – a silver 2013 Honda CRV with California license plate 8YUR127 – is also missing.

Investigators said Rodni's phone "has been out of service since the party."

She's described as a white female, 5-foot-7, 115 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing green Dickies pants and a black tank top. Officials said Rodni has numerous piercings, jewelry and a nose ring.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Placer County Sheriff's Department at 530-581-6320 or 530-886-5375.
