The woman who took the dramatic video during the mass shooting told KCBS Radio it was "like a living hell."

Kindra Geivit and her son drove up from Bakersfield to see a Tyler, the Creator concert at the Golden 1 Center. After the show, they were walking up K Street when the shooting began. Geivit immediately turned on her phone's video camera.

"They're shooting, they're shooting, they're shooting," she can be heard saying as gunshot rang out, followed by "he's dead, he's dead."

"We just took off running and people were screaming and as the gunshots stopped people started coming out and as that happened you'd see bodies laid around on the floor," she described. "There was at least five bodies that I'd seen just on the ground. I'd seen one person collapse right in front of me."

Geivit didn't see the shooter, she just heard the sound of gunfire which comes in rapid succession, indicating it may have been fired from a semi-automatic weapon.

"He's on the floor. He's on the floor they're not getting him up," Geivit can be heard yelling frantically in the footage.

"I think the people who were shooting, they just shot as they were driving off," she reflected. "They were just shooting everybody, I wouldn't understand why."

Her phone videos are graphic; one man is seen with a gunshot wound to his head, two other victims with bullet wounds being treated by police officers.

KCBS Radio has provided the recording to the Sacramento Police Department in hopes to aid in the ongoing investigation.
