SF continues street repaving project, helping locals and commuters drive easier

The work begins today on the next phase of a major repaving project on 19th Avenue in San Francisco. You may recall the years of protest over a vacant lot at 16th and Mission in San Francisco’s Mission District, a site activists famously branded the "Monster." Following in the footsteps of Marin County’s Ember Stomp, Sonoma County’s own disaster preparedness festival is going on this weekend.
