Stanford approves changes to century-old policy regarding test proctoring

Stanford University moved to allow exam proctoring in all of its classes, following a multi-year pilot program. The City of Berkeley, aiming to be a global leader in addressing climate change, now requires environmental upgrades anytime a home changes hands. But critics say the ordinance runs counter to another of the city's goals -- creating affordable housing. In San Francisco, Chinatown’s Public Health Center is about to undergo serious renovations, all while the department that oversees it faces serious budget cuts.
