With ballots on their way to mailboxes, election officials urge people to vote early

The November general election is just under a month away, and starting Monday, ballots are being mailed out in counties across California. This year‘s Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine goes in part to a Stanford scientist who pioneered using light to turn on and off cells in the brain. The Golden State Valkyries opened up their second round playoff series against the Las Vegas Aces with a win.
