Thousands of Americans are afflicted with Cyclo-sporiasis, an intestinal illness caused by a parasite, that causes an unfortunate symptom: explosive diarrhea.
A majority of those afflicted are in Michigan, but a total of 34 states have at least some confirmed cases.
