Paramount's attempt to acquire Warner Brothers Discovery in an $81 billion deal continues to stall after California joined forces with eleven other states in an antitrust lawsuit to block it.
Now, we're learning that Paramount is in advanced negotiations with Attorney General Rob Bonta to try and come to an agreement.
