PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - An 11th Port Authority employee has tested positive for coronavirus.
It’s another maintenance worker at the West Mifflin garage, where there have been several cases.
Port Authority says the facility has been deep cleaned and sanitized twice in the last two weeks.
The facility is operating with a skeleton crew.
Employees at the garage are having their temperatures taken when they arrive for work.
Anyone with a temperatures above 100.4 degrees will be sent home with pay until they are cleared to return to work by a medical professional.
Port Authority has over 2,600 employees. As of Monday, there are 93 employees who are waiting for coronavirus testing results and 51 have returned to work since testing negative.
