ALLEGHENY TWP., Pa (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A Westmoreland County man is facing charges after he stabbed his neighbor three times with a carpenter pencil.
KDKA-TV reports that Allegheny Township Police arrested 19-year-old Lucas Henley.
They say he was asked to leave a home he was visiting on McGeary Hollow Road Sunday.
But he returned a little later and attacked the man who threw him out, stabbing him in the shoulder with the carpenter pencil.
According to court documents, Henley is charged with two misdemeanors, Simple Assault and Reckless Endangering as well as one count of Burglary, a felony.
Henley is currently in Westmoreland County Prison after being unable to post bail.
