(Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Aldi is recalling The Bakers Corner All Purpose Flour because of possible E. coli contamination.
People are advised not to eat raw products made with flour.
Wheat can carry bacteria. Baking, frying or boiling will kill bacteria, but people should also wash their hands, work surfaces and utensils after coming in contact with raw flour.
The recalled product has a UPC code of: 041498130404. There are two lot numbers involved in this recall: Lot L18A02 and L18A03. The products have Best If Used By Dates of Dec. 2 and Dec. 3, 2019.
