PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Allegheny county Jail will be on a total lock down Thursday morning for a scheduled power outage.
Allegheny County says the outage is to replace a transfer switch.
The lock down will be from around 10 a.m. through noon.
Social and legal visits will be prohibited during the lockdown.
Once power is restored and everything is inspected and working properly the lock down will be lifted.
