PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Allegheny County Parks have a new mascot, and they want your help naming it!
The giant, nameless chipmunk was debuted at Saturday’s Snowfest at Boyce Park.
Suggestions for a name can be posted as a comment to the County Parks Facebook page.
This is also a good time to break the cardinal rule “don’t read the comments,” because some of the ideas are worth it.
A few favorites include Parker, Grinnie and BOB NUTS.
The chipmunk will be named on Feb. 8.
