
On Thursday, August 20, AMC Waterfront 22 along with over 100 locations across the United States will reopen to public.
2020 marks the 100th anniversary of AMC and to celebrate, the theater chain is offering “1920 prices” on the reopen date with tickets only 15 cents, showing “throwback” movies.
After August 20, classic movies “Inception”, “Black Panther”, “Back to the Future”, Ghostbusters”, “Grease” and “Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back” will be prices at $5 with a variety of food and beverages also priced at $5.
In addition to the throwback movies, AMC is preparing to show new releases:

Two weeks after the first phase of theaters open, AMC plans to open 300 more locations across the country.
In order to keep people safe and practice social distancing, the overall seating capacity will be significantly reduced and a “Safe & Clean” program will include enhances cleaning procedures and nightly disinfecting.
