PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Day Two in Michael Rosfeld's homicide trial is underway at the Allegheny County Courthouse.
Evidence and testimony Tuesday focused on the shooting death of 17-year-old Antwon Rose as he ran away from a traffic stop last year.
On KDKA Radio Wednesday morning attorney Bob DelGreco told Larry and John eyewitness testimony outweighs video evidence.
“There’s no doubt that eyewitness testimony, in my mind at a visceral level, is more valuable more probative more emotional than a clinical video.
The prosecutor told the court the question is what was on Rosfeld's mind "when he shot and killed” the unarmed teen.
The defense said police “have to make split-second decisions.”
