GREENSBURG, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – A man charged with rape is in custody after evading police early Monday morning.
David Baker is also charged with sexual assault of children, with deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors and other offenses.
Authorities say police were serving an arrest warrant at a residence in Duquesne when Baker fled from the house.
Baker was located a short time later in North Versailles and was taken into custody.
