County Controller Wagner To Stand Trial For Resisting And Obstructing Police

“This is my husband, I’m the highest elected official in my county,” said Wagner in the video. “I understand what goes on, I understand.”

Thursday, after watching the body cam video that allegedly shows Wagner putting her hands on an officer, a judge ruled Wagner will stand trial on a felony count of resisting and obstructing police.

She’ll be arraigned on April 25. Her husband is charged with misdemeanor disturbing the peace.
