
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is canceling additional shows due to the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak.
In an email send to patrons, Kevin McMahon, President and CEO of the Trust, wrote "Your safety and that of our staff, volunteers, and artists is of paramount importance and as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, I am writing to inform you that we have extended our intermission in the Cultural District.
"All Pittsburgh Cultural Trust performances, exhibitions, films, and events through May 10 have now been cancelled or postponed."
Earlier this month, the Cultural Trust had canceled shows through April 6. This new round now affects shows and events into May.
