PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The FBI Pittsburgh Office has set up an email for impacted patients after a Perryopolis doctor was indicted for health care fraud and trading illegal opioid prescriptions for sex.
Patients seeking medical records can send the request to PG-Health Care at FBI.gov, and include their full name, date of birth, address and phone number, and bring photo ID to pick up their records.
Officials have been assisting patients with treatment since the closure of Emilio Ramon Navarro’s office, including making counselors available during his arrest last month.
It was the first time a rapid response team was made available during a doctor’s arrest. Navarro has surrendered his medical license.
