PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The former head of Pittsburgh's largest LGBTQ organization is headed to court.
Three felony forgery charges against Gary Van Horn were held for trial Wednesday morning, along with seven other charges.
The 41-year-old resigned from his post as president of the Delta Foundation last month after being accused of impersonating a law enforcement officer.
