
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A former South Hills pharmacist has been charged with illegally obtaining opioids and relabeling generic drugs for profit.
Federal prosecutors say 43-year-old Timothy Forester of Venetia refilled name brand bottles with generic drugs, selling them as name brand to customers at his four pharmacies.
Forester was indicted on a dozen charges.
He has been released on $100,000.
