HARRISBURG (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Republicans in the Pennsylvania State Senate are proposing a massive gaming expansion to allow slot machines in bars, restaurants, social clubs and other businesses with liquor licenses.

The GOP says the state will get new gambling tax dollars and at the same time get rid of unregulated skill game machines from places without liquor licenses.

Governor Tom Wolf’s office say he opposes the bill in its current form.
