Grove City Prime Outlets Have Reopened

GROVE CITY, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Mercer county moved into the yellow phase on Friday and with that the Grove City Prime Outlet shops are reopening with some changes.

The stores that are open are operating from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The following stores are now open:

The management office is also open form 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

In an effort to keep people safe, the Outlets are taking the following measures:

Employees with a fever or cold and flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose or body aches are required to stay home

· Masks and daily temperature testing are required for employees

· Masks, sanitizing wipes, and temperature testing are available for shoppers at the Mall Office*

· Regular disinfecting of the common areas, particularly busy locations such as restrooms, seating, dining and play areas

· Sanitizer stations in the common areas

· We have completed testing confirming the air quality in our centers is superior to the air outside

· Encouragement of social distancing practices, including the use of distancing markers and extra space between seating

· Signage reminding shoppers and employees of safety precautions recommended by the CDC

Shoppers are asked to follow the following guidelines:

Wear protective masks and use sanitizing wipes, which are available at the Mall Office *

· Maintain a distance of six feet from other shoppers

· If a store is busy, please come back later

· Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes with unwashed hands

· If you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue, discard it immediately and wash or sanitize your hands

· Thoroughly wash your hands on a frequent basis with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds

· Use sanitizer stations in the common areas to keep your hands clean

· Stay home if you have a fever or cold and flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose or body aches

· Temperature testing is available at the Mall Office *

Grove City Mayor Randy Rittle tells Larry and Kevin on KDKA Radio in addition to the factory shops opening up, construction projects are restarting.

Rittle expects shoppers and visitors from the southern counties to visit still in the red phase.
