
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A homicide suspect is still at large after Allegheny County Police attempted to execute a search warrant in Duquesne on Thursday night.
Allegheny County Police said in a post on their Facebook page that 23-year-old Erik Addison is facing multiple charges including criminal homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and firearm violations. They say Addison is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 32-year-old man in North Versailles in October .
Police attempted to serve the warrant at a home on Lincoln Avenue around 9 p.m. Thursday night. Police said they were unable to find Addison when they went to serve the warrant. Detectives were able to obtain a second search warrant and found a loaded 9mm handgun, a loaded extended magazine, ammunition, crack cocaine, marijuana, a digital scale, and drug packaging paraphernalia inside of the home.
Iterra Maloy-Lewis was arrested on the scene and is charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of instruments of a crime. Maloy-Lewis was taken to Allegheny County Jail for a preliminary arraignment.
Addison is described as African-American, 6-foot-6 and weighs about 260 pounds. Anyone who sees him is urged to call police immediately at 1-833-ALL-TIPS.
