PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The judge in the murder trial of former East Pittsburgh Officer Michael Rosfeld has lifted the gag order after complaints.
Judge Alexander Bicket lifted the order Friday at the request of Rosfeld’s attorney Pat Thomassey.
There were complaints that the attorney representing the Rose family in their civil suit over the shooting death of Antwon Rose has been speaking to reporters every day.
Now Thomassey can now also speak freely to the media.
