LATROBE, Pa (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Authorities arrested a Latrobe man on Sunday after TSA officers found a handgun in his carry-on luggage.
The handgun was unloaded, but a magazine found with it was loaded with four bullets.
Authorities noticed the gun during as the man's luggage went through an x-ray machine. Westmoreland County Park Police confiscated the gun and arrested the man on weapons charges.
This is the first gun stopped at a check point this year. Last year, the TSA stopped four.
