PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A Glassport man is in jail after police say they found a missing teen from Kentucky with him.
Allegheny County Police say 56-year-old Rory Shelton met the 16-year-old girl on Instagram.
He is accused of driving to Paducah, Kentucky, helping her remove her court-mandated ankle monitor and returning to Glassport Borough with her.
Shelton is in the Allegheny County Jail without bond, charged with interference with the custody of children and obstructing administration of law.
The teen was treated at a local hospital and returned to Kentucky.
