PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – The Election Division began sending out mail-in ballot applications to voters on Tuesday.
The applications are being sent to voters who have not applied for a mail-in ballot application yet.
Voters wanting to vote in person are told to throw out the application and vote between 7:00 am and 8 pm on Election Day.
