PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – PennDOT District 11 announced that the HOV lanes in Ross Township and the City of Pittsburgh are closed.
The lanes were closed on Monday afternoon for safety reasons, and will be closed to traffic indefinitely.
