
PITTSBURGH, PA (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - University of Pittsburgh Police and city police are looking for a suspect in two off campus burglary attempts that occurred overnight in Oakland.
Both incidents took place in the 300 block of Melwood Avenue.
According to the University of Pittsburgh, a victim reported that around 10:50 p.m. on October 3rd that an unknown person attempted to open his bedroom window, was unsuccessful, and fled.
Another victim said that around 1:20 a.m on October 4th, an unknown victim entered her home through an unlocked window while she was away.
Nothing was reported stolen and no one was harmed in either incident.
Anyone with information is urged to call City of Pittsburgh Police or the University of Pittsburgh Police.
