PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Pittsburgh firefighters responded to a house fire in Hazelwood Monday morning.
The 1-alarm residential structure fire broke out just after 7:30 p.m. on the 5600 block of 2nd Avenue.
After an initial report that children were inside the home, crews were able to determine the house was empty.
The structure is one of three row houses but the fire did not spread to the other two.
Crews were able to get the fire under control before 8:15 a.m.
No injuries have been reported.
