DERRY, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A new health threat at a Westmoreland County nursing home.
In addition to seven COVID-19 infections at Loyalhanna Care Center in Derry Township, a water sample from the facility tested positive for the bacteria that causes Legionnaires’ disease.
The Tribune-Review reports additional testing will be done to confirm or disprove the initial result.
