PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Uniontown, Fayette County doesn't have a Tax Collector and a federal lawsuit just filed says the city won't swear in the elected official because she's an African American.
Antoinette Hodge won the election but according to her Attorney, Joel Sansone, she's run into opposition at every turn and now days after she she have taken office, she's still being blocked.
