PennDOT is shutting down the HOV lanes for the next 10 weeks.
It's part of a repaving project that will include the installation of an anti-icing system and overhead signs.
It's part of a bigger initiative to improve the Parkway North at a total expense of nearly $88 million.
The entire project is expected to wrap up in mid-June.
