PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – A tractor trailer lost part of its load of Steel Coils, periodically closing the Parkway West in both directions near Route 22/30 early Thursday afternoon.
The center Jersey barrier was damaged by the coils.
One outbound lane remains restricted but both inbound lanes are back open after back-ups stretched back to Business 376.
Outbound delays began at I-79.
UPDATE: Residual delays still affecting traffic at 2 p.m.
