PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A part-time Verona Borough officer is accused of unlawful conduct with a minor.
Allegheny County Police say that a 16-year-old male got into a black Sedan on January 16 after walking away from his school in the middle of the day.
Whitehall Police initiated a missing person investigation and their search led them to an address in Verona on January 17.
Police believed the missing child was in the company of off-duty Verona Police Officer Anthony Ogline.
Whitehall officers attempted to make contact but there was no answer at the residence.
Allegheny County Police then took over the investigation and determined that the 34-year-old Ogline was the person that picked the boy up from school and that he provided the child with marijuana and alcohol.
Police also claim the two exchanged pornographic images.
In addition to unlawful conduct with a minor, Ogline is charged with possession of child pornography, criminal use of communication facility, corruption of minors, tampering with evidence and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
