Pittsburgh One Of The Worst Cities In The U.S. For Bed Bugs

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Pittsburgh has ranked high on a list that we are not going to want to brag about.

Pest control company Terminix says that Pittsburgh is 16th on its list of the top 50 cities for bed bug infestations in the United States.

Terminix based their ranking on the number cases they handled in 2018.

The top five worst cities are:

  1. Philadelphia
  2. New York
  3. Dallas-Fort Worth
  4. Indianapolis
  5. Cincinnati.

Research shows that 22 percent of American that were polled have had an encounter with bed bugs in the past.
