PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – County police are investigating a shooting death of a man found next to his vehicle in Penn Hills early Monday morning.
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pittsburgh Police received a ShotSpotter notification around 2:11 a.m. Monday morning at N. Wheeler Street. At the same time, multiple 911calls were received stating shots fired at Blackadore Street.
Upon arrival, emergency responders found a vehicle obstructing Blackdore Street and a 48-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds on the ground.
The man was pronounced dead at the scne.
