PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) — A 25-year-old Derry Township man will be charged after his wife was accidentally shot by his two-year-old son.
It happened November 1 in a James Street home when state police say the suspect left the gun unsecured within reach of the child.
The 24-year-old woman was shot when she tried to take the weapon away from the child.
Troopers tell the Tribune Review he will be charged with reckless and child endangerment.
