PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar will be closed on Easter Sunday to give their employees time off.
The workers at the Primanti Bros. have been considered essential and are working to have food ready for delivery or take out seven days a week.
Adam Golomb, a spokesperson for Primanti Bros. said that their workers have been essential to helping and supporting the community and are deserving of some time off to recharge and spend time with their own families.
Every location across six states will be closed for Easter Sunday, and will reopen Monday morning.
“If your’re really craving a Primanti Bros. Easter ham sandwich topped with a fried egg – well, everyday is pretty much the same now – so give it a go on Saturday or Monday. We’ll be happy to make it for you then,” Golomb said in a press release.
