Coors Light prides itself on being a beer that has the “ice-cold refreshment of the Rockies”.
For years, the company’s television ads have depicted a silver bullet train riding through a town dealing with sweltering heat for the beer to come to the rescue and cool everyone off.
Well if Pittsburgh breaks a temperature record this summer, a report says the Coors is going to let the beer flow for free around town.
According to FoodandWine.com Pittsburgh is one of 10 cities where if a record high is broken, participating bars will “unlock” free beer!
More details will be made available by Coors in the near future.
In addition, if Pittsburgh has the biggest record breaker compared to the other nine cities we’ll get another free beer day!
A converted Airstream trailer will come to town complete with beer taps with cold Coors Light, mist sprayers and other activities!
