
PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Ross Park Mall, South Hills Village and Grove City Factory Outlets will close until March 29 beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Simon Property Group, which owns the three properties, said in a statement,
"The health and safety of our shoppers, retailers and employees is of paramount importance and we are taking this step to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our communities," said David Simon, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Simon.
All Simon properties in the United States will be closed.
Earlier in the week, Tanger Outlets in Washington County announced they are closed until further notice due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The Washington Crown Center is closed until March 30.
Monroeville and Westmoreland Malls say on their websites they are operating on normal business hours but certain stores hours may vary.
The Mall at Robinson is also open but half of the stores are closed.
