PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Squirrel Hill Tunnel washing was already underway and will continue this week on Wednesday and Thursday, June 10 and 11.
The tunnel will have lane restrictions as the operation is completed.
Only a single lane will be open in both directions on the nights of June 10 and 11.
PennDOT employees will be working in the tunnel from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. with the lane restrictions.
