(Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A February 27 preliminary hearing is now set for 31 year old Keith Bradshaw of Fayette County, charged in the murder of one man and the abduction of a 16 year old boy.
Bradshaw was denied bond at his arraignment Wednesday morning.
He's charged in the shooting death Tuesday morning of 52-year-old William Stewart at a Connellsville home.
Police say Bradshaw then abducted 16 year old Damion Mickey who is the son of Stewart's girlfriend.
Heather Mickey tells KDKA-TV Bradshaw was having an inappropriate relationship with her son and Stewart was trying to stop him.
Also charged is 37-year-old Marjorie Ann Jay of Connellsville.
Mickey was the subject of a brief amber alert this week before Bradshaw and the boy were found in Chambersburg, PA.
Bradshaw's preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 27 in Connellsville.
