PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Two Pittsburgh Police officers were injured early Sunday trying to get an unruly crowd off East Carson Street.
A large crowd was stopping traffic on Carson between 10th and 18th Streets around 2 a.m.
While an officer was writing a citation, someone drove over the officer's foot.
Another officer injured a knee trying to help his colleague.
Both were treated at UPMC Mercy. Tarin Smith and Eric James, both 23, were arrested and are facing numerous charges.
