PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A Wilkinsburg woman is charged with attempted homicide and assault after a fight over a parking space.
Tracey Shifflett allegedly ran down another woman and pinned her between two cars on Holmes Street near the intersection with Hay Street.
It happened around 2:30 Tuesday morning.
Police say Shifflett came home and began honking her horn.
