ROSTRAVER Twp. (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — A Westmoreland county woman is missing.
The Rostraver Township Volunteer Fire Department says Dina Kotlar has not been seen since Tuesday night.
She is driving a white Dodge Nitro with a firefighter sticker and the license plate DDS-2309.
Anyone with information is asked to call Rostraver Police.
