Bruce Springsteen announces Pittsburgh date

Rock legend Bruce Springsteen has added 22 shows to his tour with the E Street Band and he’s coming to Pittsburgh.

The 73-year-old will play Tuesday, September 12 at PPG Paints Arena.

Tickets to verified fans will be on sale next Thursday.

It’s the first North American tour for Springsteen and his band in seven years.

His 2023 international tour started on February 1 in Tampa, Florida.

That show featured a 28-song set including songs, “Born To Run," "Prove It All Night," and "Wrecking Ball."

The band last played in Pittsburgh in September 2016 with a nearly three hour show.
