Nalani was reported missing from Penn Hills Saturday around 5 p.m.
25-year-old Sharena Islam Nancy of Penn Hills is in jail, charged in the kidnapping. Investigators say she drove east on route 22 through the Blairsville area after the abduction in a black 2017 Toyota Yaris with Lyft and Uber stickers.
Police say Nancy and Nalani’s father, Paul Johnson, was also in the car shortly before the adduction, along with another friend, was intermittently romantically involved with Nancy and that an argument broke out shortly before the abduction.
Johnson says he got out of the car and expected to get Nalani out but that is when Nancy drove away.

Nancy says she was transporting the girl after Nalani's father sold her for $10,000. Investigators would not confirm that allegation.
