A suspect wanted in a fatal hit-and-run last week is in custody. Police say 38-year-old Joseph Rivera's vehicle hit a 15-year-old on a bicycle Thursday afternoon in Butler Township.
Aiden Lutz was flown to a hospital but did not survive.
Witnesses say Rivera was speeding at the time.
He's facing numerous charges and his license was suspended for a previous DUI.
Rivera is currently in the Butler County Prison.
