A 15-year-old girl has died after a crash involving a school van in Dravosburg Wednesday morning.
The medical examiner's office has identified her as Samantha Kalkbrenner.
Allegheny County Police say the Serra Catholic van was turning left as it was hit by a Volkswagen Jetta at the intersection of Richland Avenue and 3rd Street around 7:30.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Five people were taken to the hospital.
Two men are in critical condition, while three minors are stable.
Roads in the area remain closed as the investigation continues.
